I purchased a tablet worth Rs. 11000, it was defective, I touch base with Akosha and I send complaint company give me new one against old, I found new defective I againt send complaint then They give me new phone instead of Tab, This new phone is again defective. I send this phone by courier to service center they charged Rs. 300 and send that phone back to me and still that phone is not working.
I want Compensation of Rs. 25000/- for mental harrasment and difficulties I face due to that phone.
