I have given my car (Model- HONDA CIVIC 2006 – AP 09 BD 9292)for servicing on 5th June 2014 and still I have not received my car. Also, I stay at Muzaffarpur and during the service I visited more than 10 times to them as every time they were telling me that the car will be ready by next week. They were giving excuses that they are not having the spares. But today as on 18th of August 2014 still I have not received my car. And I am getting again the same excuse that spares are not available.

Firstly, if they are incompetent then the showroom should be closed. I want my Car as soon as possible in best condition as I gave lot of time.I want compensation as part of the total billing of repairing as I visited multiple time on my expenses as well as my total loss.Also, I want surety that all the replaced part is authentic in my car. I am looking for Justice & consideration as soon as possible.
