I have provided my motherboard in person for repair on 21st July 2014. After two weeks of constant calls, they have not yet repaired the motherbaord. Every call they ask for one day time and then I don’t get any response. One day, 5th August, I was asked to come and collect my motherbaord. Upon reaching, they state that I was called by mistake and my mother board repair has not yet started. The latest update I had on 12th August was that my motherboard will be replaced by a new one and the service center is getting new set of motherboards. Today, 18th August, when I call they say that my specific model motherboard is not available and they will get back to me soon. This is one of the worst services I have ever got. Please do the needful. Its now getting to one month and my motherboard is not yet been replaced.

A new motherboard with LGA1150 socket, micro ATX build and can support DDR3 to be delivered as soon as possible.
