i ordered magic mop from www.magicmopcleaner.com, they sent me the defective piece also the product is not same as they have shown on their site, product is totally different, now they are not refunding money, also they are saying that u courier the product and will only exchange it. They have sent me the defective product and also the different product so its their responsibility to take back the product from my home and refund the money.
