Flipkart – Product lost in transportation

I have order a phone on 9th August and order is confirmed and which needs to be delivered on 13th august. they charged the amount on 9th itself. They gave blue dart number and i followed them for three days from 13th to 16th via phone and visiting the stores. They did not responded and suddenly again on 17th august they said the product is lost in transportation. if you want we will send another color or we will cancel the order. they are not even feeling bad about the total mess. I have waited for the product for almost 10 days and they waster my time. I felt very bad that i was not able to gift the phone to my dad on independence day. After all my sincere efforts, i exactly checked the delivery dates and everything and placed the order but flipkart has made me feel depressed and very bad with their irresponsible.

Some action! They should understand my pain of contacting the delivery guys. They are not even bothered to check about the delivery of products on date.
