I booked my Activa 125cc with JB honda in shastri nagar , my booking receipt No. is 5576 dt. 20th July 2014 in name of shyam singh. delivery was assured in 3 months, but till date i have been misguided and given lame excuses that 1. The model i had booked is not available 2. I should speak to the dispatch manager “Mr.Yogesh” at their “jhande walan” 3.they do not have supply for this model since 1 month,i asked them to provide this in writing but they refused for it. etc

i want an apology letter stating that they would not cause any trouble to any other customer in future and deliver my vehicle in next 2 working days.with free complete accessories.
