I recharged my mobile balance 3 times with Erechareg and by vendors. Without any use of phone calls, Reliance deducted my whole balance. When I tried to talk to customer care they don’t provide me any reason why my my balance deducted. Its a regular routine when I recharge my account, after 2-3 hours, they deduct and balance become zero. This happened with me 3 times in Nov 2014 (between 15 Nov to 22 Nov 2014). Reliance become worst phone network service provider. i will not use resilience in future.
I want reason why my balance deducted without any use of service. Refund my whole balance or justify.
