Our project completed 3 years before still Lancor Holdings Limited are not submitting all the relevant drawings/lay out/approvals .They are not giving contact details of all the flat owners.As per the rules they have to form Association. They are illegally occupied our car park areas. After issuing no due certificate ,they are claiming 11,500 from all 688 flat owners( amount after 3 years) for which no bill except their letter.(Tax and Duties eviction)
Because of lack of drawings and lay out we are not in able to get further renewal of insurance and maintenance services.We are compiled to go with their sister concern for maintenance. Illegally occupied our car park areas and not producing approval of that .
Required In built drawings of all the installations/approval copies of all the departments/Lay out of all the electrical/plumbing installations. Vacating illegally occupied areas. With drawing un due claim .
