With deep regret and pain ,I am forced to write this compliant to you. I purchased one Titan Ladies wrist watch from The Titan Flagship Dealer VISHVARAJ AGENCIES – JM ROAD , PUNE ( MAHARASHTRA ) in September ’ 2013. , With in a 9 month its belt is broken but When I purchase watch they given me 1year warranty/ Guaranty for any type of fault, my compliant against to The Titan Flagship Dealer VISHVARAJ AGENCIES – JM ROAD , PUNE ( MAHARASHTRA), they giving me negative response from last 6 months , that this model is outdated and they are unable to change my watch belt . They are not entertaining me so what can I do now ???? I my very dishearten . please take serious action as soon as possible.

i want to replace my watch or many back.
