hello, my name is Dr.Mohit Changani. I ordered for new honda activa from the honda dealer named “ATUL HONDA”, jamnagar, gujarat. I got the delivery after around 15 days. I was handed over the bike on Tuesday evening, 23rd july. after that with in two day i came to know that the bike was bearing many scratches on the body of the bike as well as on the accessories. during washing and cleaning of the bike in those two days, i came across those scratches. in those two days I minimally used the bike and am quite sure that no damage was inflicted from my side. even i kept the bike in my home (not on street or common parking). this was suggesting to me that those damages was from the showroom only. when I complaint about the same to the dealer, no one was listening to me. they didnt give me proper reply. they were not ready to accept their fault and were blaming me. so hereby i am requesting you to help me out. why should i owe a damaged piece even after paying the full price for the bike..???

i want the bike being replaced with another good model.
