Infibeam.com – Harassment against servicing

Sir, I have bought a Tablet from Infibeam.com , but I got a defective product.. so I have registered a complain to the company as well as submit the product in the service centre as I have been told by the customer care of the company to do so…. In the same manner I have to sent the product for 4 times for servicing in 9 month while during the last time the company’s representative said they recieved a damage product and demand an amount of 1700 while I have enquired to the post office they said they have delivered in a good condition.

When I sent the product for the 4th time for servicing the company said the received the product in a damaged condition while I have enquired in the post office but they said they have delivered the product in a good condition.

My Tablet in a good condition.
