My name is Parveen Kumar Dahiya and I am staying in Pune, Maharastra. I have purchased Honda activa Grey colour on 20th Nov 2011 from Aero Wheelz dealer in Pune. They have collected all the required documents and fees for registration of my vehicle and gave me the invoice receipt. When I enquired about my registration card after few months then they told me that there is some issue with one series of registration no and they haven’t received the smart card till now. I tried contacting them multiple times for my smart card but they never gave any satisfactory answer. When I forced them and went to their office after few months they told me that I need to collect the smart card from RTO office in Pune. The dealer is about 30 km from my residence and I cannot go there many times. Similarly RTO office is also very far from my place. It is dealers responsibility to sort all these issues and give us the registration card. But they are giving many excuses. This is very unsatisfactory and my concern need to be resolved ASAP. Could you please look into this issue and ask the dealer to resolve this issue.
