This is to inform that hallmark Honda Panvel is been cheating me on big scale art servicing. I have been everytime forced for car scanning and fillling ALLL the oil levels which is no where mentioned in the Honda City booklet. To the worse they force customer everytime to rate 10/10 upon receiving call from honda cars and promise for giving free wax polish which is never fullfilled upon complying same. My 40k car servicing was completed in just 2 hours which is next to possible taking into account the amount of jobs to be undertaken. Being a government naval officer I hereby request strict investigation in my case against Mr rowen dealing with my car. And revert with your findings in order to avoid further strict action taken from my side. Awaiting your reply.
