Dear Sir, With due respect , it is bring to your kind notice that i have purchased a Hero Honda Passion Pro bike from the SHIV GANGA AUTO MOBILES on 30/03/2010, & i have taken the Extended Warranty for the same on the date 09/09/2010. After the purchase i started to get the services of SHIV GANGA AUTO MOBILES, but after the some time one service center opened AASHIRWAD Motors ARD of Shiv Ganga Automobiles in Kirari New Delhi 110086 which is very near to my residence. So i have started to get the services of AASHIRWAD Motors for the same. So, there is one problem in the Bike with the Frame & i show it to the AASHIRWAD Motors and they are saying that we are not eligible for the warranty cover for the Warranty contact to our main service center SHIV GANGA AUTO MOBILES Udhyog Nagar.But in this SHIV GANGA AUTO MOBILES are replying that we repair it and will not replace it.the problem is my bike frame in very bad condition due to crack & junk in the frame.After one complaint Mr. Sahaj (9899493713) has inspect the vehicle on dated 14.02.14 at 4:30P.M. at Shiv Ganga Automobiles Udhyog Nagar & Service Manager of Shiv Ganga Automobles Mr. N.K Singh has made a complaint that the problem due to band not of crack & junk. Mr. Sahaj has given me a suggestion that i have to go Sharma Automobiles Nangloi, I reach there & show the problem to them & they said that your bike is serviced at AASHIRWAD Motors, we cant help u in this case only AASHIRWAD Motors have to solve the problem.Pls Tell me who is responsible to solve this problem, & i am unable to understand. Pls tell me that how the company is maintaining a customer & how a customer will trust on company & why a customer will use the services of HERO MOTO CORP. Pls give the suggestion in this matter & i am sending the Photo proof which is taken by Mr. Sahaj from HERO MOTO CORP.

I want to get change the Bike Frame & Compensate me of Rs.15,000 for physical & mental Harassment.
