The restaurant is charging 12.5% Service charge on my Bill#15, Date-19/12/2014. When i asked what type of charge is it, Simply they told me it’s charge against their service, in other words it’s a TIPS. How can a vendor charge so much amount as TIPS. It should be optional to the customer not compulsory. Their response was horrible and they told you are the first person who complained like this, since last 6 months we are charging and no body turned back. And now days 99.99% restaurants charging this. I’m really surprised with his comment. And send a feedback and ask their management to call. But i don’t think they will call me back as it is a case of Monopoly.

I want a proper action should taken against those people/ vendors who are simply cheating in the name of services and a TIP should be an optional not compulsory.
