I had order cannon camera from snapdeal on 2 dec 2014 for which i paid 20,000 by credit card. Snapdeal guys promise me to delivered it on 11 dec 2014 for which they courier parcel with RED EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE with AWB no-11382765.This people fail to delivered my order on 11 dec and again they promise to delivered it on 17 dec 2014.Still i have not receive my order, I even ask for cancellation of my order that to also they are not agreed upon when i contacted to courier guy they telling me that my parcel is being lost by snapdeal guys.
