i ordered ShopClues.com AdcomX12 mobile for offer on GOSF sale starting day at 12:02 AM(Order #29140369). the order was confirmed and my money deducted. After 5 days they sent mail saying we don’t have mobile to deliver. there are no conditions before i ordered the mobile, if their is stock then only we will deliver the product..please help on this As this people are cheating the consumers by giving offers and attracting but not delivering the products.

i want mobile which i ordered and please ask them not to cheat the consumers
