My family members are the fans of Kannappa restaurant 73A, SALAI ROAD, TRICHY since 2009. We visit the restaurant on every visit to trichy for medical consultation with Dr. Gurucharan, Gnanaguru Dental hospital. We used to pay atleast Rs. 800/~ bill for every visit. On 13-12-2016 we had lunch at 3 pm. My Indian Bank debit card account 530825972 AC Campus Karaikudi branch is swiped for bill Rs. 1130/~. Cashier (young girl) swiped twice because of failure of first swipe. I have keyed in my PIN twice. Later, after reaching karaikudi, I found that my account is debited twice for Rs. 1130/~ each. Please refund the amount Rs. 1130/~.

When dialled to their office phone, nobody attends call. When contacted in-person on 16-1-2017, cashier asked me to come at 4 pm. I could not stay due to urgent work. He assured me to refund the amount, if there is double debit. I told him to go through their bank account and refund. I have handed over my bank account statement of the transaction date 13-12-2016.
