Hotel Lotus Palace, Nashik – Review

On 3rd Feb we reached at Hotel Lotus Palace, Nashik which was booked through Yarta.com. In Yatra.com the profile of hotel does not contains photo of inside of rooms but they have written that they have “well-furnished rooms”. Our booking was for 6 persons in two rooms, they also charged us for extra bed in each room. When we reached the hotel we found that there was only one person present for all the activities of hotel(Reception, Security, Room Service etc). The condition of the room compelled us to complain the hotel owner as well as the yatra.com support team. In spite of no refund policy by yatra.com, we asked hotel owner for refund, as provided service was not acceptable and hotel owner sent us a SMS saying that we will get our refund against cancellation. We clicked the photos of provided room and was also sent to yatra.com support team. I am attaching copied of email conversation, booking voucher, website screenshot of yatra.com containg hotel profile. Details of booking can be found in the booking voucher.

When we reached our home and asked yatra.com regarding the status of refund. Yatra.com asked us to given them some time for the processing. At last we got email from yatra.com saying “hotelier has denied for any refund”.

Refund should be processed as soon as possible and hotel should be penalised misleading us and making false promises.
