Complaint Reg: MGM Grand Hotel, Aerocity,Delhi Airport. Background I have invested an amount of Rs. 3.28,crores in Sept 2012 in the company “Blue Coast Infrastructure Development Pvt. Ltd.” who have partnered with USA based Hotelier Group – “MGM Grand” towards commercial space of 2000 sq ft in MGM Grand Hotel, at Aerocity, Opp Delhi Airport, on the representation of their Mr Varun Aggarwal,AGM-(Mobile 9899700876). The company are promoters of popular Hotel Park Hyatt-Goa and Hotel Sheraton- Chandigarh. The Issue An amount of Rs. 2,83,500/- is being paid by company on monthly basis as interest after deducting TDS of Rs. 31,500/- .The company till date has not deposited this TDS with the government for the last “3 Qtrs of FY 12-13” nor filed TDS return which they were liable in Oct12,Jan13 and May 13 respectively This is a gross violation of Statutory legal provisions. Not only it is a huge loss to public exchequer, it is causing us huge financial loss and inconvenience as we are unable to file our annual IT return due on 31st July 2013 and have to pay interest and penalties for no fault of ours. All requests to the company management have fallen on deaf ears and the concerned AGM is no more taking the calls.
