Housefull Furniture Damaged Product Delivered

I bought a Spectrum King size iron bed from Housefull on 24 October 2014 booking no. 1024/2014/173. After full payment they confirmed that item will be delivered and assembled in next 10-15 days. The item came after their committed time and after rigrous follow up a person came for assembly. While assembling he said that product is damaged and two parts (Head of the bed and one supporter) needs to be replaced, he called up his supervisor and raised the complaint. I didn’t received any update what next. Then I raised an online feedback on their website and received a revert after so many days that we are going to resolve it soon. Nothing happened and I called up at their HO, they said that they are going to send the damanged part soon. After a month only the supporter got delivered. The carpenter came to assemble and found it once again damaged and raised again to his supervisor that supporter is damaged and Head side has not been delivered. I didn’t any response from them. I again called up their Mumbai HO because Bangalore store is not responding and saying my job is to just sell the product, NO SERVICE. The HO told that they are unable to understand the nature of the problem, you please click the photo and send it to us. I clicked the damaged part photo and sent to their email ID. Again I didn’t received any response from them. After regular calls and lots of arguments they delivered the supporter again but once again the head was not delivered. I called up their Mumbai HO once again and they said that it has been sent from Mumbai to Bangalore and will be delivered soon. But when it didn’t delivered, I called them again on 02/01/2015 at 02:10 PM and they said that we don’t have that product available so it will take some time and when I told that let me talk to your Manager or supervisor she denied and said that you can’t talk to them they all are very busy and can’t attend any call. Also when I told them that I will take this to consumer forum, she took it very lightly and didn’t showed any eagerness to resolve the issue. Also I gave them an option long back that you replace the product and let me buy some other product and I will pay the difference, they denied that it’s not possible. Now after almost 3 months, the half assembled bed is lying in my bed room and I am sleeping on the floor. I want my money back from them full with interest and a mental harassment charges of INR 50,000. Please help to resolve the issue.
