Purchased furniture online on 2 Apr 2014 and they confirmed the delivery by 16th Apr. Extreme delay in delivery and that too in half. They are extending their timelines of delivery again and again and despite my sincere request to cancel the order as they don’t have the material. To confirm to them I have given them 3 emails and to safeguard themselves they delivered the material on 26 April afternoon and with half delivery which is equivalent to the no delivery as I can’t use the product. Please register my complain against them to refund my money for this purchase.
I need the complete refund of my purchase 7000/- as well as compensation for this harassment.
