I had made an order number Order ID – 1942736585 with snap deal on 12-4-14. It was to be delivered within 4-7 days. Till 22-4-14, I did not receive the above order. I requested for refund however till date the refund has not been given to me although the order was cancelled on 22-4-14

Refund of Rs 536/- along with Rs 10,000/- as damages due to deficiency in service by the snapdea
