Dear Sir, I purchased Lenovo Z2 Plus from Amazon on 5th June 2017. The handset’s touch screen is not working effectively especially swift keys and the handset if deformed. I went to authorized lenovo service centre, they informed that phone wont be covered under warranty as the phone is deformed. They replied keeping mobile phones in pocket leads to such deformation. @ Lenovo: Please do advise all customers where to keep mobile phones??? I request you to please maintain your reputation and stop manufacturing such faulty gadgets. Please do replace my mobile phone.
