I’ve purchase Enter power Supply form seller on ebay on 10th Sept. 2014. But i received defective pc. then i contact seller, he said to sent the item back through ebay free shipping. Then i opened claim in ebay, they said the product covers in manufacturing warranty so as per there policy they have closed claim. Then i contacted seller he said to return item through normal delivery he will refund courier charges. But after i sent he is not giving refund & saying to give him shipping charges for replacement product. product is pf Rs.699 & I’ve already paid Rs.110 for courier charges.

Product was defective & now replacement product is stuck to the seller.
