I downloaded the the My Jio App for bar Code generation, but when I opened the app it shows that bar code Redeemed , Till yet I didn’t get jio Sim. I visited the store, storekeeper said that nothing happened if it expires once. What should I do for getting Jio sim? please suggest Thank you

Sir, I have Samsung j2 phone, and my mobile no.is 9719350193 which is registered my Jio app. State-Uttar Pradesh. My jio barcode is 55572014325. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.

Hi , i have lenovo a6000 plus mobile and my mobile number is 901XX93545. i installed myjio app and the coupon code in that app is shown as redeemed but i didn’t use that code and i didn’t got a sim . so how to solve that issue and how to get my jio sim please solve my issue as soon as possible. thanks,
