How Long Xolo Requires to Repair Mobile Handset ?

My Name is Ranjan Ghosh, submitted my Xolo Q 2000 imei 911337800018685 at borivali service center in at sg infotech at mumbai on 20th aug 2014 due to display colour issue line on display but its been more than 32 days still have not received any confirmation or email about the status of my handset. I called your customer care toll free number at 180030100104 and spoken to manish (manager) at xolo care and was told that they do not have time frame for the handset to be returned to the customer. Further i was told that it may take 1 month or 2 month or 3 months no timeline or deadline given. This is pathetic service from Xolo. This is 2nd time in a year my handset had display issue and still no guarantee that issue might not happen in future and out of 12 months warranty for my handset more than 2 months my handset is with xolo service center. I feel i have made a big mistake buying a xolo product. still i am awaiting for a reply for my previous email sent to xolo on 14th sept 2014.

I have attached the call recording for your reference. When we ask for superior one agent disconnected the call in other instance Supervisor Manish is unable to help. When asked if needed Regional Area Manager contact details they are redirecting to Store and Store directs us to call online. I am unable to get any help from either side. I have filled complain about same in Akosa for consumer court and will submit relevant document for moving Lava company to Consumer Court. Kindly help me with my handset else send me a replacement once.
