How Philips Mixer Grinder Denied Service Under Warranty ?

Dear i have purchased a Phillips mixer grinder on 10th Nov 2013 (HL1606 3 Jar 500watts) , it has written 2 years warranty , within a month it got some problem i have launched a complaint through chat support in www.Phillips.co.in, That time the local service center has taken 15+ days to visit my home ( after some consequence complaint raised in phillips), Twice service engineer visited my place. after that mixer grinder will work at its mood , Now again its stated giving trouble from last week, regarding this i have raised a complaint in same Chat facility in phillips.co.in My complaint Number is 50-1727760911 ,still they are not visiting my place to repair the product , even i didnt get any call back from the Local Service center( Gurgaon ), this is a house hold product , we are in the need of that in daily life but phillips(service center) is not bothering about it . i have reminded through chat twice still i dint get call back from them .

i would like to return the product (mixer Grinder) , after repair also it will work for 10 days then it will be idle for some day , this is not a reliable product my money has been wasted in this , and service is also very poor . so kindly lodge a case and please help me to re leave from this stress .
