I had placed an online order with www.snapdeal.com (address: Jasper Infotech Pvt.LTd-Snapdeal, Khasra Nos.10/13/1, Revenue Estate, Old Gurgaon Road, Nr. Karam Dharam Kanta, Village-Samalkha, New Delhi-110037, Phone- 9212692xxx), for a pair of slippers on 11-09-2014 vide my Order Nos. 2818522910. The brand was “Do Bhai-ShoeBazaar Blue Wedges Heeled Slip-On” size 41 and the MRP listed on the site was Rs.350/-. Since I had purchased other products also I was entitled for a40% discount on the total bill amount of Rs.3644.The above mentioned item was dispatched through Delivery courier vide their waybill number 11169472324 from New Delhi and I received the parcel on 17-09-2014. I opened the packet and asked my wife to try it on. After trying, she removed the footwear and we saw the MRP on the product was 220 which had been masked by marker ink. The bill (enclosed) said that in case the Selling Price of this invoice us more than the MRP mentioned in the product please inform wrongMRP@jasperindia.com. I sent two emails regarding the problem but my emails were returned back saying that such email id does not exists. 2. This is the second time that the vendor i.e. www.snapdeal.com has sold me products over and above the MRP. On 27-05-2014 I had placed bought steel ti-fin boxes vide my Order nos. 2163577210. The item, Sai Home Appliances Trendy Steel Lunch Box” was sold to me with an MRP of Rs.182, whereas when I received the product, the bar coded price sticker showed the item MRP to be Rs.99. I returned that product and after many email communications I was refunded the amount paid. This vendor has a history of selling items over and above the MRP to gullible customers all around India and the vendor has been looting people for so long. I request you to kindly take action against the vendor for propagating such fraud through the internet. The invoice and photo of the product is attached herewith for your information.

(a) Compensation of Rs.2000/- because of mental agony and cheating. (b) Cancellation of licence of the agency for perpetrating fraud on consumers
