How StanChart Credit Card Levies Un-necessary Charges ?

My name is Abhishek Kapoor. In 2012, I received a call from Standard Chartered Bank’s executive regarding availing credit card. According to the terms conveyed to me their executive told me that before charging card fee the bank will contact you to opt whether to continue with service or not. An executive from the bank visited to fill the Form and I agreed on Manhattan Card. I extended this preference to their back office also when they called me to confirm the personal details required to issue the card. However the bank issued the Titanium card. I immediately called their customer care center and ask them to either replace the card or take it back. The same request I made to their another executive when he made welcome call. Even after calling 4-5 times I did not get any response from the Bank. A year after the Bank sent me an invoice towards annual card fee without any prior correspondence regarding whether I want to continue or not. Now they are sending me the same invoice with interest and late fee. I never used this credit card for any transaction. They never gave any satisfied reply. Kindly help me to return this card to the Bank and discarding all the charges levied on this card.

I demand a Return this card to the Bank and discarding all the charges levied on this card without impacting my credit rating.
