I spent my Rs 50K hard-earned money on Samsung Note 3 on 12th Oct 2013 and bought tension. After 45 day my phone is not working properly as network drop call disconnect and phone is getting heating while on charging playing games talk issue also coming. I visited on 04/01/2014 Samsung service center they said they will resolve the problem but on 09/01/2014 still phone is heating and mobile call is dropping.

Again i had to visit service center on 28/01/2014 and still same problem is happening with me. I’m suffering harassment form Samsung service center and I’m suffering from financial loss. Please change the SmartPhone otherwise i will not pick my phone from service center as i have given attach file of job sheet visit on Samsung service center Ad -161 1 st floor pocket F-17 sector -8 Rohini Delhi 110085

I then went to customer care & the customer care executive refused by saying that he cannot help for this. Please resolve Samsung note 3 problems on imei no 358021057549036 contact no 999939731
