How Tata Indicom / DoCoMo forced to convert form prepaid to postpaid

This is for your kind information that I had a prepaid lifetime Tata Indicom mobile connection in my wife’s name bearing Phone no. 9231506627( Name- MALIA KARMAKAR). I have some complaints. They are- 1. One day due to damage of my SIM, I went to Tata Docomo Stote at Park Street, Kolkata to change the SIM. The representative (Name-SUBHENDU SOM) told me that I have to convert my SIM from prepaid to post paid otherwise the SIM and connection could not be recovered and he forcefully changed my connection form prepaid to post paid. I was bound to abide by that instruction at that time. 2. The representative also told me that the lowest postpaid plan is of Rs.249/- and I agreed . But lateron I found that he lied to me because the lowest postpaid plan is of Rs.149/-. 3. He charged me a fees of Rs.305/- for the new connection of post paid but did not give me any cash memo which is against consumer protection act. He also told me that this Rs. 300 will be adjusted(deducted) from my bill of 4th, 5th and 6th month. Lateron I also found that this is also false.There is no such scheme. 4. He also made a mistake in the PIN code of my address (He put 700028, it will be700074), I gave him my voter card for ID proof. In voter card the PIN was wrong so I gave my ration card for address proof, but of no use. So, I request you to kindly investigate the matter and take necessary action against the accused otherwise I will go to consumer forum for justice. Thanking you, -sd- ________________________ DR.
