The address (Telemobile First Floor, Garima Grand, Dr.B.Baruah Road, Guwahati-780007. Phone:0361 2465861 mobile: +919435732041) is of the nokia care centre. The center has failed to perform its duties. I want to inform that on 8.10.2013 i had given my ‘nokia x3’ to repair. But they told it may take 3 weeks. And it didn’t take 3 weeks but it took 4 months and i received my mobile on 19.02.2014. But the main complain is not only on the time taken added to that they didn’t service my mobile and they returned to me same as the defected condition. They told me that they will repair but they didn’t. My jobsheet no. Is 10415. In the jobsheet it is written that ” recieved by customer in good working condition” which under by i had to sign to recieve my un-serviced phone. And the centre manager told me to show my phone to any unathorised person out of nokia care. They told me that i have a problem with my ic and they can’t repair. Thats all. Hope i will get my complain solved
