My name is Ishant Nagpal. I am from kurukshetra, Haryana. I am facing problem in vodafone services since so long but haven’t been solved yet. My problems: 1.) Whenever i try to talk to customer care executive by dialing 198 or 111 or 981309xxxx, it never gives me any option for it. I only hear about *599# offers after recharge and there is no option for talking to customer care executive. 2.) I have been using 3g internet on my network. The 3g pack which i have been using is 1gb data plan costs Rs.251 for 28 days. Every time i got fair data volume i.e 1024mb but whenever i check my remaining balance, it shows the wrong internet plan with wrong activation date.though it shows the correct date upto which the pack is valid. It always shows me 300mb pack plan and activation date it shows is 12-04-2014(april) rather than showing the date on which i did recharge or my plan got activated. It shows the same whether i use *121*2*3*2# or by any other number or even by using my vodafone application on my android. I have been to vodafone store at kurukshetra twice but they didn’t solve my these two issues. They also treated in a digressing way by saying that you are getting correct data volumes so it doesn’t matter if it is showing wrong date or data plan. They also didn’t resolve by 1st problem about 198 customer support dialing number. Even now i am not able to talk to customer care executive though earlier when i was facing only the 2nd problem, i told the customer care executive about my problem and also asked them to correct the database for my vodafone account but all in vein. I now request you to take strict action or give higher priority to my issues as i am facing these since so long and also got humiliated by your services.
I want my issues to be solved as soon as possible and company should be fined for this kind of behavior.
