Sir, i had given my MICROMAX A240 handset(IMEI 911316250519731/911316250774732) on micromax service center for display repairing at M/S SIMRAN ENTERPRISES on 13-08-2014.They asked me to wait for 15 days and gave me a JOBSHEET NO. NO90592-0814-11504205 but after 15 days when i reached there to take my phone back they told me to wait for 7 more days.Then after 8 days when I called they didn’t respond me properly and they told me to wait for 15 more days again.Then after that they told me to call on 18605008286 (micromax customer service center).When I called there they gave me a Complaint no.-MMX2509143181 and told me to wait for 20 more days . So overall i had been waiting for my phone since 56 days.And when I told them that i’ll complain in consumer forum they told me that “YES U CAN”.So Sir it’s my urge request that please take this issue in your hands and take action against them.

My phone should be replaced with a NEW A240 handset so that such kind of situation does not occur in future.
