I had port out from Vodafone to Idea (Mb. No. 9049480xxx) I received bill for 13th and 14th August usage which was Rs.84.080/- out of which Rs. 65.480 was for GPRS usage, I was shocked because I am not using internet facility for that no. and I spoke to call center for cancellation of GPRS services which I wasn’t used and they confirmed that GPRS has been deactivated. But now again I have received bill amounting Rs. 698.111 out of which 476.320 for GPRS (WHICH I HAVE NOT USED AT ALL) which is not acceptable at all and I am not going to pay single rupee this time, If it has been used for this no.9049480xxx it might be technical problem with Idea services or might be some type of cloning. Hence I request you to look into it and do the needful.

Regenerate bill without any GPRS CHARGES AND cancel GPRS SERVICE IF IT IS ACTIVATED FOR MB. NO.9049480718
