Dear Sir HP has ( harpreet-singh.nayyar@hp.com ) refused to rectified the HP pavilion note book date of purchase is 6th Jul 12 case ID is 4687676852 . Its pending 27th Nov 12 till date and they replying after one month that it cant be cover in warranty but at the time of purchase they told me its under breakage warranty that’s why I have purchase the same and I am using the same model and make 2 nos note book . But unfortunately its happened with one of them due to child was asking the PC to operate mean while suddenly its got slipped from my wife hand and display got damaged internally due to very poor materials used there is no physically cracks . They have decided to reject my case on behalf of my information which is I have mentioned in their ADP form. because its genuine case that’s why I have mentioned truly , If I aware that they do like that then I should change my statement which is mentioned in their ADP form , They are cheating with us . Today I have called to HP CC no 011-30306363 and talked to Ms. Chanchal she is not disclosing their off. add contact details of right person who has reject the case and requested more than 30 min she told me its confidential we cant give you this totally mentally and financially harassment Kindly do the need full so that it can be rectified , I will be highly appreciate.
