I purchase 27-07-2011 one hp officejet 7500a printer from hp format all-in- one a-3 printer s/n-my 12n 11076 in jamshedpur . After six month the printer give problem in working and i send in service center in jamshedpur, they do not rectify my problem and still out of order. If your service center is not capable to give services in favor of hp company how we believe to purchase your product. I request to you please take necessary action regarding this matter. Other wise replace my printer, as early as possible.
