Dear Sir, I have lodge complaint no 15020095, 15019684, last gas delivered on dated 10/04/2015, but I have no received advance and subsidy amount in my account so I have checked the status in web portal but I shocked status showing is advance subsidy amount for Rs. 568/- transferred in your bank accounts on dated 27/02/2015, but still I have no received any amount in my account because account no is wrong entered in distributor. Sir if my account no is wrong so where are transferred in this amount? And 2nd on is last subsidy no transferred in my account because account not showing in web portal but all document are submitted in distributor like that Bank A/c Statement.again we are sending the copy of Bank A/c statement of kundankumar@hpcl.in for this email id but he is no taken the action So please look the matter.
