Booked an LPG cylinder on 6.5.15 against consumer id: 610517. Now it’s 2.6.15 and we haven’t yet received a cylinder. The local agency is all excuses and no service.
We are now being forced to use an old kerosene stove. Our last cylinder ran out of gas a week ago. I have been calling the gas agency everyday for the past week and they gave me fake assurances everyday.
I want immediate action against the agency and i want compensations for my suffering. I want raids on the agencies from the collector’s office to find out how many agencies are indulging in black marketing of the LPG Cylinders.
