I have a IFB Washing Machine, it got repaired on 18/05/2015. Raised a SR on 18/05/2015, after multiple follow up with IFB customer care I got a mobile number of Mr. Madhu (99164 xxx6). He is the technician in-charge of IFB Bangalore. he told me he will be sending the technician. After so many calls he sent one technician from Matha Enterprises from Bangalore. They came and serviced the washing machine and given a bill of Rs. 5062/- they are not ready to get the cheque for the same, there is no go we have to forcibly give them Cash. After the service only four days we don’t have any problem and the same issue occurs on 24th. Then again I contacted Mr. Madhu on 26/05/2015. He saying back he will be sending the technician on 28/05/2015. still now noe is coming and attend the issue. still we have the problem. due to this issue I have so many problem in my home. Kindly take an appropriate action and help us. Note: There are lot of incident for me with IFB, India. Kindly check with IFB Bangalore CRM team about the SR which has been raised by me. so that you can understand how much tough to get a paid service from IFB

I need to get service again the washing machine without any money spend at the earliest. Also I need the money which I spent for washing (Rs. 3500/-) Also this needs to be given as a compliant to the head office of IFB and need a stringent action against IFB India
