Tata Indicom – Somebody else used SIM

One day i received a call from Tata docomo to get my no. done postpaid i.e 940543xxx and after that company’s representative come to my home to done formalities, and he told us offer that if we take another sim then we can talk free on both numbers. but i denied the offer and only got the number(i.e 9405437xxx ) done postpaid. and after this i received a confirmation call of activating another no (i.e. 8446037xxx) and denied that offer too. but after one month i got bill of both the numbers while i was opted to have only one number. “the no. 844603xxx was activated on my name while i was denied to do that and somebody else used that no. for 1 month and they are forcing me up to pay the bill while i did not used that number.” i complained about this to “pimpri’s docomo office” and representative assured me that we have noted your complain. we had asked company’s customer care so many times about our complain but response from there was negative.
i want my no to restarted and as well as i do not want to pay my bills as i have not used my both the numbers.
