Reliance Big TV – Despite repeated complaints no service

My Reliance Big TV smart card no is 200521856568. I wanted to do relocation of my big tv. I was told to recharge my account so i recharged it for rs 2000. I was promised on 29 may 15 that my relocation will be completed within 48 hrs.96 hrs have passed neither any technician has called nor visited. Despite repeated complaints since 31 may 15 no girm reply is give other than advice to wait. On 2 jun 15 i requested the customer to cancel my subscription and refund my balance money. They are not willing to that either. Basically reliance big tv is cheating customer by not providing either service in promised time frame nor refunding customer money.
