I was charged by Vodafone by Rs. 49 on 30th of may for some service which i never took & on 31st of may iI again charged me Rs.5 after which I sent email to the vodafone but got no response , on 1st of jun i was charged for two services one of Rs. 25 & another of Rs. 7 After which I talked to customer care representative & they assured me that the services are deactivated & my money will be refunded but on the same night I was again charged by Rs.25 after which I called customer care & after a long argument told me that my money would be refunded , but only refunded me Rs.25 & the rest refund was still

Pending when I called them on 2nd of June they told me that the money would not be refunded in a very rude manner & disconnected the call .
