I Booked bus ticket in KSRTC Online website. Due to some reason i cancelled my ticket. But I haven’t got refund amount even after 1 month ticket details are as follows Your seat Cancellation confirmed as below: JourneyDay:30/04/2015, Tripcode:1935BNGBBW, PNR:H49626148, Seat(s):18, Amt Refunded:Rs. 394.00
I have mailed to them 2 times. nobody responded.
