Product – symphony storm 70i few days ago i had a short circuit in my cooler…i got replaced the motor from the authorized service center( sidhi services)…after that it worked for 1 week…after one week the motor stopped working…i registered a complain regarding this issue..for about 3 days there was no action on my complain…i again called the customer care , they gave me the no. of manager..i called him ..he gave me another no. , when i called the person speaking said that he will send the engineer for the same but there was no response..i again called the manager…he gave me another no..when i called ..it was switched off…there is no action taken regarding my problem – Naveen Yadav 991092xxx H.no-62 , Rao Harnath Marg, Kapashera, New Delhi 110037
