Dear Sir, I have raised a complaints regading my credit card issue my card no.4384-5913-9337-2400 which I have holding near about 3 years, One of the Merchant was debited 1400.00 rs from my creadit card account from Feb 2012 to Jan 2013 , after I have a raised a dispute request after HSBC only 5 Months amounts credited in my account after that they are deny to revert the rest amount in my Credit card account.

March 2013 I have arrange Loan from other sources for repay the credit card bill with High interest and paid full and final payment to the HSBC Bank and request to further please block my credit card.

Therefor please look in to my case and revert my 7 months debit amount which was debited from my credit card account:4384-5913-9337-2400
