I subscribed for HT newspaper under a scheme of Rs699/- yearly with a promise of giving 12 coupons yearly one for each month.I deposited a cheque of rs 699/- to my vendor. I got a conformation that my cheque is received and my application for subscription is registered on 5 may 2014. My cheque got debited in the month of May itself. After regular reminders to my vendor I got my HT paper started from 16 June. Till then I have not received any coupons. I made a call to the HT call centre(helpline no 01160004242) on 9 June 2014, 14 June 2014 and 23 June 2014, Regarding non receipt of my coupons. On 9 and 14 I was told my coupons are in transit and will be received within a a weeks time. When I called the HT CALL CENTRE on 23 June , executive told me, ‘my coupons are returned from my address due to reason – no such person exist’. The asked me to wait for another 1 week for my coupons.

I want my coupons at my address and action must be taken against the HT call centre executives for misdirecting the customer.
