I purchased brand new HTC 526G + Dual sim phone on 10/2/15 and when reached home and made call it has faulty mike.on 14/2/15 on my weekly off, i gone to HTC service centre in indore and there they kept my phone and gave me challan copy and told that device will go for repair to mumbai and will get corrected with in a week time. from 22/2/15 i am following up for my phone but no proper response i am getting from HTC. now today when i online chatted to HTC support they are saying my device will be fixed by 3/3/15. i have paid 12000 INR but from 13 days dont have phone with me. facing mental trauma due to this. please help me to refund my amount with intrest and proper compensation for this mental trauma.

I want my money back with interest and same amount as a compensation, because this HTC customer service is very poor and they are not at all bother to check phone before placing it for sale in market
