Serious Trade Malpractices By HTC India Without taking much of your valuable time, I am just listing down the incident of Duping Unsuspecting Customers By HTC India. •About six months ago I bought an expensive HTC Mobile (MRP 59,000/-) Model – HTC One Dual SIM (802D) •Right from the day one it had isssues with BATTERY LIFE, CAMERA, and MAILING SYSTEM • On complaining the same, the Handset was picked an REPAIRED • BATTERY PROBLEM (short life) persisted. •Phone was picked again and Returned with the Remark that since it is a HIGH END Phone, the BATTERY LIFE would be short. • I reported this to Mr. Peter Chou, CEO, Mr. Faisal Siddiqui, Country Head, and Mr. Manu Seth, Marketing Head but no one cared to reply, let alone providing any solution. •And recently it started getting ‘HEATED UP’ to the ALARMING LEVEL and no WONDER it would ‘EXPLODE’ one day and would take a LIFE. • But neither the SERVICE PEOPLE nor the TOP MANAGEMENT took any cognizance of it and I am still pulling on with this ‘TICKING BOMB’ in my pocket. Sir, my only GRIEVANCE is that when it is SQUARELY PROVED that there is something wrong with this HANDSET in particular or this Model in general, why the TOP MANAGEMENT is shirking away from REPLACING it or even ATTENDING to it? It is not a matter of few hundred but more than 50K.
